Welcome on the B&B Casaliva website!  all Februar long, till 20th March, you will find at Casaliva a Doubleroom at the price of 60 euro per night and a big buffet breakfast is always included. You are welcome!
Casaliva is situated in the hills above Bardolino in a panoramic position. Inside of the area there are two independent buildings, both of them rebuilt respectively constructed recently (2008 and 2009). 
Within these buildings exist five and six rooms, all different furnished. Therefore every stay has a touch of originality. Also the position of the apartments allows to choose a very specific planning of the holiday: six of them are situated on the groundfloor and therefore have an exit directly into the park; three rooms are on the first floor and have a private terrace; two more rooms are on the second floor (attic) and are very spacious.
We have tried to offer the services necessary for a quiet and comfortable vacation, without preventing one to do his work while on holiday.Therefore the whole establishment is covered with a free to use internet connexion without wire, which allows our guests to be always attached to the web with their personal computer.
All rooms have a satellite tv, wi-fi LAN, minifridge, safe, air-conditioning and heating. Furthermore there is a wardrobe, where you can find some more blankets, and a writingtable. Every room has its private bathroom with shower, hairdryer, towels and soap.
Every morning from 8.00 to 10.00 you’ll find an abundant breakfast-sweet&salt-buffet.
You can enjoy your breakfast on the main terrace or outside in the park. If it starts to rain or the temperatures are low, you can stay inside, where you have time to talk e little with the other guests and – maybe – make friends, probably of other nations.  Around the fire-place we have installed an area with information material and have placed books, prospectuses and maps for excursions by car, on foot or with the bycicle respectively schedules for boat excursions. With these resources you will be able to plan your holiday carefully and calm.
From Casaliva start indeed several routes wich are directed to the rocca, a rock which raises between Bardolino e Garda and which falls down directly to the lake. Numerous are the courses which you can discover with the mountain bike, and there are necessary only a few minutes to find yourself in terrains very different: from dense bushes to bare slopes down to the shore of the lake.
Also on foot it is possible to reach the centre of Garda or Bardolino crossing small pathes with beautiful and breathtaking views.
There is also a Bus-Navetta service that every half hour drives you from Casaliva to the center of Bardolino or Cisano or Calmasino.
If the lake does not satisfy you, Casaliva offers a very nice swimming pool, arranged with a zone with deep water and another area with very low water (30 cm). Besides the swimming pool we have placed for you deckchairs where you can take a sunbath or – in case it is too hot – place them on the green to relax in the shadow of the olive trees.
For your evenings Bardolino presents many possibilities for your enjoyment.
There are three discoteques, numerous bars for your drinks and several restaurants. Besides making excursions by boat there exist the following areas for entertainment: Very easy to reach are many parks of the Garda Lake, for instance Gardaland, Canevaworld, Moovie Studios, Medioeval Time, Riovalle, park giungla adventure and so on. Who prefers to relax can do that at the terme di Sirmione, at the villa dei cedri di Colà, and who loves the sea. can find the same atmosphere in a heated pool outside and with salted water at Gardacqua in Garda.
